Job Description

As a core part of the Client Success Team you will manage key luxury hotel clients - both UK and internationally - working closely with them to drive the success of our digital marketing programme.

Working closely with our Digital, Content amp; Client Success teams, you will oversee the successful delivery and ongoing performance of our digital marketing programme.

You will have experience of digital marketing and campaign delivery and familiarity with Google and Meta advertising, social media and email marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of client accounts
  • Work with the Client Success Director to build long-standing relationships with clients
  • Working with the Client Success Director, understand a client’s strategic objectives and collaboratively work with the Digital Acquisition team to deliver our ongoing digital marketing programme in line with these
  • Understand performance results of our digital marketing activity, and of our Journey tech products
  • Lead regular client calls and face-to-face meetings, presenting performance reports, ideas and recommendations (travelling may be required)
  • Support clients with the ongoing management and maintenance of their website
  • Planning of client promotional activity; working with the wider team to deliver these successfully
  • Working closely with Digital Account Executives to schedule all tasks with the Studio teams for completion
  • Comprehensive brief creation and task management, ensuring all tasks and projects are delivered to brief, and on time
  • Reviewing and approving all client tasks before these are shared with clients
  • Ensure all client account data is up-to-date across relevant Journey systems
  • Sharing and demonstrating knowledge of digital marketing and the hospitality industry with clients and the wider Journey team
  • Have a solid understanding of all Journey products and services to effectively discuss these with clients

  • 2yr+ Client or customer facing experience and account management
  • Digital marketing foundation knowledge.
  • IT (ideally Mac) - savvy.
  • Knowledge or experience of hotels, marketing or technology an advantage.
