Job Description

Junior Agile Project Manager needed to join Wunderman Thompson Commerce and Technologies world class teams who are working to make our clients happy. You will be encouraged to form strong relationships with your team and will be expected to follow best practices in development standards and coding reviews. We are also looking for enthusiasm for learning new skills and initiative to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

What we want from you:

  • Some Project Management experience, preferably in an IT environment
  • Ideally experience helping deliver projects across the software project life cycle in an agile environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of how to run agile projects and use the appropriate method of scrum
  • Experience facilitating team meetings and ceremonies, including Planning sessions, Showcases, Team Retrospectives and the Daily Stand-up
  • A basic understanding of the software development cycle and release management
  • Interacting with senior management and business stakeholders
  • Building customer confidence by understanding their needs and delivering first class solutions
  • Setting and managing client expectations.
  • Motivating the team to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Issues and Risks identification, mitigation and resolution
  • Regular reporting both internally and to the client
  • Keeping up to date with emerging industry practices
