What You'll Do:
As an eCommerce Content and Marketing Executive, you'll be at the heart of shaping our brand's digital presence and captivating our audience. Your creative insights and strategic thinking will be the driving force behind our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver imaginative eCommerce content strategies spanning a wide spectrum of digital platforms with a focus on our WordPress website with HubSpot CRM
- Construct captivating storylines through well-crafted landing pages, case studies to grow traffic and leads
- Build engaging narratives through the creation of blog posts and articles
- Own and develop our social media presence and articulate captivating tales to engage chosen audiences
- Uphold our brand guidelines, positioning and values to create captivating visuals, graphics, and videos that resonate with our target customers
- Analyse the website and social media analytics to decode performance trends and unveil optimization opportunities
- Stay ahead by keeping tabs on industry trends, our competition, and evolving customer preferences, adapting strategies accordingly
- Conceptualize and execute result-driven marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotions to steer traffic, elevate conversions, and foster customer loyalty
- Support the growth of Paid advertising opportunities across channels

Requirements
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- A track record of crafting compelling content, steering digital marketing initiatives, and orchestrating social media landscapes
- Adeptness in articulating ideas through impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the minutest of details
- Proficiency in navigating content management systems (CMS), CRM solutions
- Awareness of content optimisation for SEO
- A knack for interpreting analytics, extracting insights, and channelling them into performance enhancements
- A touch of ingenuity, often revealing itself as fresh, unconventional ideas and approaches
- Superb organisational abilities that shine in a fast-paced, multitasking-oriented ambiance
- A collaborative spirit, ready to team up with colleagues across departments
