Requirements

As our Partner Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities in the market to increase commercial performance through partner relationships.
  • Developing and implementing a partner marketing strategy for Thomas distributor partners and integration partners (ATS providers).
  • Gathering information from partners on their future GTM needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring that there is a consistent, structured representation of the Thomas brand with all distributor partners.
  • Identifying and prioritising integration partners based on their potential to generate new business for Thomas and supporting them in co-marketed campaigns.
  • Managing the partner marketing investment budget to ensure funds are managed and invested to create maximum impact on partner performance.
  • Creating a Knowledge Base that is easy for partners to access all required insights and materials.
  • Ensuring that partners provide feedback on their performance to build understanding on what is working / not working.
  • Capturing, tracking, and reporting on the commercial performance of partners.
