Squid People is seeking an AdmINKstrator to join our team of happiness filled people and to be part of our mission to build innovative marketing solutions for our clients.
What will you be doing?
Well you'll spend your days liaising with clients to set up video shoots, including calendar management for our two videographers and ensuring they have their waiver forms signed. You'll also be responsible for finding props and actors for the shoots on occasion (so be prepared to improvise if your actors don't show up). You don't need to be Joanna Lumley but a good telephone manner is very important because you'll need to get all the details of the venue and ask really important questions like "can they bring their dog" and " do you have Evian (other water is available) for our actors". The video guys will also look to you for your editing and proofreading abilities.
From the Marketing side of things - there will be various tasks from assigning requests from clients to the appropriate member of staff (or the wrong one if you fancy, but you'll just have to do it again), to keeping the Global Marketing Materials folder up-to-date (and finding a new one when someone accidentally deletes everything - just kidding!!) If you love shopping that's a bonus as we will be asking you to order all the marketing materials requested by just about everyone.
