Belong Ltd, an award-winning not-for-profit residential care provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Peripatetic Operational Quality Manager to join their team. This role is a crucial part of their ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional care quality to their residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Management Experience: Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a history of effectively managing high-performing care environments. Confidence in managing teams and ensuring care quality is essential.
Adaptability: This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to manage a multi-disciplined team while prioritising various aspects, including care quality, recruitment, occupancy, financial matters, and supporting the dedicated teams within the organization.
Travel Requirement: The role involves regular travel to each of Belong's Village locations to provide tailored support to management teams. The support provided will be unique to each team, so adaptability in managing people and handling diverse workloads is crucial. The position may also require extended periods of work from alternative locations.
Regulatory Knowledge: Applicants must be experienced Registered Managers with an excellent understanding of CQC (Care Quality Commission) and care quality legislation.
Advocate for Social Care: The successful candidate should be a passionate advocate for social care and committed to developing excellence. This includes establishing robust procedures and specifications that uphold the highest standards across all locations.
Collaborative Role: As part of the central services team based in Nantwich, the Peripatetic Operational Quality Manager will work closely with the Head of Operations to drive new processes and initiatives across the business. They will also identify, promote, and develop new processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure good governance across the Villages.
Team Working: Collaboration with other company stakeholders and subject matter experts is vital to ensure excellence in care delivery, learning, research, and development.
An excellent annual salary of 79,419 is offered in return for your commitment to this role.
