What you’ll be doing
As a Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll be supporting your team to make better decisions using product analytics knowledge, as well as helping to build and grow Feefo’s cutting edge review insights tools. You’ll work closely with analysts, data scientists, data engineers and product managers, as part of a wider product and tech team.
You’ll use a variety of best-in class data tools on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.) alongside visualisation tools (Looker, Power BI) in order to conduct exploratory analyses, build dashboards and support with AI/ML workloads.
You will be exposed to elements of product-specific analysis, as well as data analysis and business analysis. Within this team you'll be learning how to create user stories, identify sprint goals and deliver high impact outcomes. You'll help to deliver exciting, customer-centric experiences, by working closely within a high performing multi-disciplined team. You will build on your skills, learning how to leverage the power of data and turn it into actionable insights supporting our customers and the business to meet their goals.
Requirements
Key skills/competencies
- Education or previous experience working in a technology role
- Good SQL skills
- Experience with Python is a nice to have, but not essential
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar)
- Positive. Empathetic. Problem solver
Desirable skills/competencies
- Understanding of modern cloud data warehouses like Google Cloud Platform or similar
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum
