Central to the agency's strong, creative digital vision, we are now looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to work with our growing team in the UK to deliver awesome products and services. Currently based in London and Newcastle, our teams work on remote first basis with the option to work in our London office if desired. You will ideally be based within a comfortable commuting distance of Newcastle or London.

The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Digital Project Manager to work with our project team. If you’re looking to advance your skills on a diverse range of projects within an ideas driven team, this one’s for you.

Working directly with the Head of Delivery and other Project Managers; to be successful in this role, you’ll be bright, ambitious and thrive working in a collaborative environment driving the projects forward alongside the full team of designers, strategists and front and back-end developers.

In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to show your passion for creativity and technology, deliver exceptional experiences, stand up for your work and your teams, and inspire both the team and their clients.

There will be an emphasis on stakeholder management and client relationship skills. You’ll be comfortable taking a mixture of exciting digital projects from concept to delivery, generating scopes of work, budget estimates, detailed project plans and resource management. You will have demonstrable experience in running simultaneous high-profile projects with tight timelines, excellent budget management and reporting skills as well as being able to build rapport both internally and with key clients. A high level of organisation is crucial to this role to deal with the number of quick turnaround projects that you’ll be responsible for.

Role Expectations:

  • Manage roles and responsibilities day-to-day whilst taking a pride in self and work
  • Be trusted to manage time, tasks and people
  • Be able to work on any project at any stage; and capable of managing multiple jobs / tasks to their time and standards, achieving desired outcomes
  • Hosting client status calls and managing expectations
  • Write and share project documentation such as scopes of work and status reports with the Head of Delivery
  • Manage internal project resourcing, deliverables and budgets with a detailed commercial awareness for the business
  • Detailed technical understanding of the processes for delivering web development projects using a range of project management frameworks
  • Strong ability to translate the design and discovery documents into clear briefs for development, QA input and approval

  • Work brilliantly independently and with others, can self start and manage. With the pandemic, we’ve all had to adjust the way we work. TheTin will support you to work remotely

Requirements

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • A graduate degree or equivalent/relevant qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital agency as a Project Manager
  • Excellent understanding of stakeholder management and client relationship experience
  • A solid understanding of various project management methodologies and how to adapt these to the project and client deliverables
  • Demonstrable experience working within complex projects with a range of different of project teams
  • Proven experience of managing project finances, timelines and internal resourcing
  • Outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple co
