About You

We’re looking for a Lead Insight Analyst to work with the Infrastructure, Platform and Developer Experience teams. You will need to have the knowledge to formulate different variations of data amp; convert this into a simplistic suite of analytics. You will need the knowledge, critical thinking, and people skills to easily convert insights into solutions, continuous improvements, and actions. You will have a broad technical understanding of modern cloud-based software development practices and tools and work well with senior individual contributors and leadership in technology. There is also potential opportunity for this individual to be responsible for providing insights and improvements for future European expansions across IT.

Requirements

What we are looking for...

• You have experience in at least two of the following: Incident Management, Data Insights, Data Cleansing, Action management, Problem Management.
• Experience mentoring teams outside of your area;
• Effective communication skills;
• Comfortable with uncertainty and a rapid rate of change;
• Practical understanding of Agile and DevOps practices in software delivery;
• Experience working in a technology organisation.
• Understand how to deliver continuous improvement.
• Strong presentation skills
• Stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Experience working in a FinTech or another regulated environment.
• Understanding of infrastructure and/or cloud platforms
• Good understanding of handling SQL based data

Desirable Skills amp; Experience ...nice to have but not essential
