Are you an energetic, organised individual with the charisma and capability to engage candidates and make sure Huboo gets the right people to make our growing business a success? Our business is scaling up and recruiting the right people is key to our strategy. We are a young technology led ecommerce fulfilment company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment. You will be joining a young and dynamic team in our offices in Bristol. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and succeed, a focused mind and a Can Do attitude.
Key responsibilities for our Talent Acquisition Advisor:
- Writing engaging job adverts via various job boards and social media platforms
- Pro-actively sourcing the right candidates using CV databases and through various recruiting/sourcing platforms
- Ensuring candidates are excited about their new opportunity
- Promoting positions online (LinkedIn, Social Media)
- Coordinating with the various stakeholders (trainers, hiring managers etc.) and scheduling the interviews
- Running pre-screens with candidates to ensure they are fit for the roles discussed
- Sending out online assessments ensuring candidates are engaging and following up with candidates on results and outcomes
- Ensuring candidates on boarding journey is smooth and they are excited about their new opportunity
- Handle part of the administrative process for new hires
- Coordinating and supporting with the rest of the TA team across the different UK sites
Requirements
What we look for in our Talent Acquisition Advisor:
We would love to hear from you if you if you if you fit the below criteria:
- Previous In-House Recruitment experience preferred and//or agency background.
- Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced and agile environment
- Flexible and open minded
- Can-do attitude and resilient to changes
- Excellent stake holder management skills
- The ability to ask key questions to candidates to understand they are fit for the roles discussed
- Admin, Planning and organisational skills
- Can use MS Office platform and be familiar with Workable (pre) or other ATS platforms.
- Language requirements - Good English proficiency; written and verbal.
