The role
We are looking for an experience Facilities Manager to manage the day to day operation of our Soho office.
You'll support our Head of facilities with ad hoc projects, ensure that all standards are upheld across the site as well as ensuring all that all health and safety requirements are met at all times.

What you'll be doing
- Able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs
- Supporting construction team to coordinating all installations and refurbishments
- Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standard
- Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs / renovations and maintain standards
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize cost
- Supervise and develop all staff facilities staff undertaking regular one to ones, goal setting and maintain Hamp;S training required
- Manage all facilities contracts undertaking monthly operational reviews and annual forecasting
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts
- Keep financial and non-financial records
- Perform analysis and forecasting for strategic planning and budgets
- Work with sustainability team to report portfolio performance and opportunities for reducing environmental impact
- Provide support to Group Facilities amp; Construction manager on strategic facilities projects
- Work closely with Facilities teams in other locations to support and develop a group approach though the portfolio

More about you
- Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking
- Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
