You will be joining a diverse, busy and fun-loving team in our warehouse in Chippenham. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm, a focused mind and a Can Do attitude.
Key responsibilities for our Warehouse Operative:
We are looking for a driven individual to take on the task of supporting our warehouse / production line activities:
- Working with a team picking and packing our customer orders
- Working in a fast paced, busy environment
- Processing orders for our e-commerce clients
- Showing excellent attention to detail always to ensure our clients orders are correctly picked and packed in line with the client’s brand and packing guidelines.
- Working with autonomy and accountability
Requirements
Due to the physical nature of the Warehouse Operative role it is essential that you are fit and healthy:
- You must be comfortable standing up for your entire shift (with appropriate breaks)
- Reaching up high and bending low to retrieve stock from shelves
- Understand that work can be repetitive we rotate responsibilities as often as we can
- Production line experience desired but not essential
- Commitment to always work hard and give 100%
- Able to work as part of a team
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills
