What We Are Looking For:
Persado is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and support the Senior Product Designer in creating exceptional user experiences for our suite of B2B products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to generate innovative designs, contribute to smaller projects, develop user stories, and implement new features. Your expertise in UX design and proficiency in Figma will be instrumental in delivering intuitive and visually appealing solutions.
What You Will Work On:
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Designer to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to convey design concepts and ideas.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure designs align with technical feasibility and user needs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand our user’s needs, inform design decisions and iterate on designs as necessary.
- Contribute to creating user stories, product requirements, and design documentation.
- Support the Senior Product Designer in maintaining design systems and style guides.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.
What You Bring:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer or similar role, preferably in a B2B context.
- Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
- Familiarity with user research techniques and the ability to leverage insights to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and delivering results.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and relevant experience.
- Experience with ANT design framework or similar design systems.
- Background in visual design, a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and tools.
