Clarion’s Digital Marketing Division is the home of two market-leading brands, Traffic amp; Conversion Summit amp; Affiliate Summit.

Traffic amp; Conversion Summit is the biggest independent digital marketing conference in North America. We have a mind-blowing pedigree of speakers including Richard Branson, Magic Johnson, Martha Stewart, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Affiliate Summit runs the biggest affiliate marketing events in the world, and attracts thousands of advertisers, networks, agencies, and affiliates from the US and across the globe.

We don’t run your typical conference, so if you’re looking for a bunch of guys in grey suits, we might not be for you! We bring together SMBs, bloggers, Instagram influencers and the world’s largest ecommerce brands. Our Vegas show sells out every year (well it used to pre-pandemic), but we’re confident we can get back there pretty quickly, as you have probably seen EVERYBODY (including your granny) is now shopping online.

We’re looking for a key account manager to increase short and long-term revenue through building and managing global key accounts and driving the key account relationship, through understanding the client’s business and objectives. This role will also involve sourcing new business from potential sponsors that will develop into key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Identifying opportunities at key accounts for revenue growth.
  • Identifying potential new Tier 1 clients and owning the 360 sales process.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and the wider show team.
  • Keeping abreast of market developments and identifying and researching new growth areas for sales.
  • Accurately recording information on Salesforce.
  • Achieving activity KPIs.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills amp; Behaviours:

  • Previous experience in a business B2B sales role is preferable.
  • Salesforce experience is desirable or a similar CRM.
  • Previous experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • Hunter sales profile owning the full sales process from start to finish.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding and the ability to demonstrate core sales skills and account management skills.
  • Ambitious, driven to succeed, passionate about growth.
  • Good negotiator with ability to successfully deal with objections and close.
  • Administration skills - organised and well-prepared
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work comfortably under pressure.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated.
