Standing out against our competitors, being at the forefront of personal loans market.

We don’t just want to stop there, we have an exciting year ahead, with the anticipated launch of the Reevo Money credit card product that will be launching later in the year.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Operations Business Analyst to help us map, maintain and improve our existing processes and products helping us maintain a customer centric, compliant operations covering customer service, underwriting, complaints, fraud and collections.

You will be part of a growing team and a key player in bringing together Operations and technology stakeholders to ensure best of breed servicing to our rapidly growing client base.

Your inquisitive nature and attention to detail, along with your strong documentation and analytical skills, will help us ensure that we deliver high quality services, underpinned by a strong technology platform, to support experience excellence for our customers and our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Operations and technology teams, to produce and update detailed process mapping, policies, procedures and guides to support our growing operations team
• Researching, analysing, defining and documentation of processes and system requirements
• Translation of operational requirements into technical specs with through documentation of user stories.
• Creation of front line facing documents to support compliance and change requirements, focusing on colleague and customer need and experience.
• Acting as the point of contact for questions from the business, liaising with operations and technical teams to respond to stakeholders
• Building trust and confidence in our operational processes, with stakeholders and partners
• Proactively suggesting ways of continuous improvements and risk mitigation Taking ownership and responsibility of process analysis and helping to define success criteria for key projects
• Working in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Updating all operational process documents and flows as part of the change process and ensuring smooth roll out of new features in the operations area

Requirements

To be successful in the role, the candidate should:

  • Be customer centric everything we do is focused on supporting our associates and customers.
  • Want to enjoy your work and make an impact.
  • At least 2 year’s experience in operational process mapping / business analysis or systems analysis, within financial services.
  • Ability to think through problems from 1st principles
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Expertise in using documentation/planning tools and Agile methodologies
  • Great analytical skills
  • A background of clearly documenting detailed process requirements (high and low level), so that the business can easily understand how processes and systems operate.
  • Motivation and a sense of ownership - you'll be given a great deal of autonomy in this position.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written ability to develop strong working relationships across the business
