Barbaricum seeks an experienced Army Acquisition professional to provide expert-level support to the Army’s Project Manager for Interoperability, Integration, and Services (PMI2S). This senior position will play a key role in executing Army modernization priorities, in particular network interoperability that ensures the security and fidelity of information transmitted across networks to help simplify and streamline warfighter tasks. This position will serve as a SME for the Army Product Manager for Capability Set Development (PdMCSD) in assisting the CSD Project Officer and Assistant Product Manager in coordinatingCapability Set prototyping and field efforts, and will establish and maintain effective coordination and liaison with various PEOs, PMs, PdMs, and external stakeholders involved in the development and delivery of capability sets for the Network CFTs tactical network modernization strategy. This includescollaborating with individual PM offices and the requirements community to plan and achieve holistic Army network goals. This SME will assist in meeting DoD 5000 and other programmatic requirements established by HQDA during key milestones, ensuring program actions and decisions are synchronized through PdM CSD to multiple higher HQs. Responsibilities will also include assisting in resource planning and allocation for activities and equipment purchases in budget years, as well as capturing and compiling a large amount of programmatic data generated during the network planning and execution process. Qualifications
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 15+ years of experience in the DoD acquisition environment
  • 10+ years experience in working and collaborating across PEOs, PMs, and various Army Commands supporting the Army’s Tactical Network Portfolio at the SoS level
  • 7+ years of previous experience with Knowledge Management tool proficiency in SharePoint and MS Teams as a means to organize information and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree, preferably in business administration
  • Experience in PEOs/PM offices
