Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the Marketing team, in particular the Brand and Comms team. Supporting in the timely delivery of and implementation of planned marketing campaigns, projects, and activities such as: marketing assets, social media, resource management and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Helps ensure the smooth running of suppliers by helping the team raise POs, booking in POs set up of any new suppliers. Ordering branded goods along with their stock control and replenishment. Ensuring designs meet brand guidance. Liaises with suppliers and sources new items as and when needed.
Requirements
- Have or working towards:
- Chartered Institute of Marketing Qualification (CIM) Level 4 or
- Marketing Managers Apprenticeship
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing department or working in a marketing agency in an account management role
- Experience of working with multiple brands within the same organization.
- Working with personas, customer types and marketing funnels
- Working with marketing, design, PR and print agencies to deliver campaigns and collateral on time and within budget
- Application of brand guidelines and sign off- of artwork
- Production of literature and the design process
- Copywriting and Proof reading
