Reporting to the Customer Service Manager (Aftercare), you will be expected to take responsibility for the successful delivery of the company’s obligations as set out to all customers. Working with colleagues in Sales, Warehouse amp; Logistics to build and influence strong external relationships, acting as an ambassador for the company across the Aliaxis portfolio. Managing the sales order process from the point of delivery and taking ownership of customer complaints and queries ensuring a swift resolution through outbound calling and receiving inbound calls.
Build relationships with colleagues across all parts of the business to ensure customer issues are dealt with swiftly and that mutually acceptable resolutions are found.
