THE ROLE:

SMCR Compliance Custodian:

- You will diligently maintain accurate and up-to-date records of individuals subject to the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), including senior managers, certified personnel, and non-executive directors. Your role is critical in ensuring the accessibility of all relevant SMCR documents and records to meet our regulatory requirements.

HR Administration Expert:

- You can do HR admin duties in your sleep, not literally, but you can demonstrate proficiency in overseeing day-to-day HR administrative functions, including but not limited to seamless onboarding, offboarding, and meticulous maintenance of electronic employee files.

Policy Steward and Query Resolution Specialist:

- You ooze expertise in handling employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Recruitment and Selection Leader:

- You will lead our talent acquisition efforts by managing job postings, conducting candidate screenings, and coordinating interviews, reinforcing our commitment to attracting top-tier talent.

Benefits Management Advocate:

- You will influence the management of employee benefits programs, encompassing health insurance, memberships and other incentives. Provide adept assistance to employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate the enrolment process.

Payroll Oversight:

- You will apply your expertise to support payroll submission, ensuring accurate and timely salary and benefits disbursement.

Policy Development Contributor:

- You will contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Training and Development Promoter:

- You will coordinate online regulatory training and development initiatives for our employees, diligently maintaining training records and associated reporting.

Off-boarding Specialist:

- You will lead the off-boarding process with precision, overseeing the return of company property and completion of necessary documentation.

Data Governance:

- You will compile monthly HR reports for relevant committees and maintain accurate documentation, templates, and information within our HR systemsan essential aspect of your role.

Automation Champion:

- You will identify and advocate for opportunities to automate processes within our HR systems portfolio, fostering efficiency and innovation.

Data Custodianship:

- You will diligently manage HR databases, generate required reports, and ensure the confidentiality and security of HR records.
