Smart Save, Northern Ireland's largest field sales company, is searching for passionate and enthusiastic Energy Sales Advisors to join their team! As an Energy Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships while promoting Smart Save products and services to potential clients.
Smart Save Utilities has been providing excellent customer service to the UK and Ireland markets since 2016 through one-to-one sales and relationship marketing. Our company's growth has been remarkable, having started with only three employees, we now have over seventy. As an Energy Sales Advisor, you will be part of a thriving company that values its employees and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to its customers.
Responsibilities
- Conducting door-to-door sales and promote Smart Save products and services;
- Educating customers on the benefits of switching to Smart Save and energy efficiency solutions;
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and attending to their inquiries;
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions;
- Adhering to company policies and procedures in conducting sales activities;
- Collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service - not essential full training provided
- Ability to work independently, and in a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Working Hours Monday to Friday 11 am to 7 pm (go home early incentives available)
- Access to a vehicle for transportation (preferred, but not required).
Benefits
Go Home Early Incentive based on product sales. Target 4 Direct Debit Sales - go home and paid for full day.
This role is a salaried position of 30k per year.
