Job Description
Smart Save, Northern Ireland's largest field sales company, is searching for passionate and enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives to join their team! As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships while promoting Smart Save products and services to potential clients.
Smart Save Utilities has been providing excellent customer service to the UK and Ireland markets since 2016 through one-to-one sales and relationship marketing. Our company's growth has been remarkable, having started with only three employees, we now have over seventy. As an Field Sales Representative, you will be part of a thriving company that values its employees and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to its customers.
- Conducting door-to-door sales and promote Smart Save products and services;
- Educating customers on the benefits of switching to Smart Save and energy efficiency solutions;
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and attending to their inquiries;
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions;
- Adhering to company policies and procedures in conducting sales activities;
- Collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service - not essential full training provided
- Ability to work independently, and in a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Core working Hours Monday to Friday 4pm to 8 pm (Achieve 4 Sales go home early paid for full shift)
- Access to a vehicle for transportation or means of transport accessible in order to travel to different geographical locations.
Benefits
Go Home Early Incentive based on product sales. 4 Direct Debit Sales - go home and paid for full 4 hour shift .
This is a salaried position paying 12 per hour with an excellent commission structure paying from 100 to 500 per week on top of basic.
