In this pivotal role, you will use data and analysis to bring clarity and insight into our human resources operations. As the HR Analytics and Compliance Support Analyst, your proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and leveraging analytics will be key to ensuring that our People strategies are not only effective but also grounded in accurate and actionable data. The importance of this role is underscored by your responsibility to maintain and ensure the credibility of all people data throughout Energy Aspects, serving as the beacon of accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

You'll report directly into the Reward Manager and will work closely with the entire HR function to provide operational HR support to all leaders and managers across the business. Overtime, your day-to-day role will include:

  • Create and produce regular reports and dashboards for key stakeholders on a consistent basis.
  • Utilise data and insights to address important topics for Energy Aspects, establishing relevant KPIs to measure impact across the entire People team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data management and reporting in People Analytics.
  • Visualize People data and insights using data visualization tools.
  • Ensure the credibility of people data throughout Energy Aspects, maintaining accurate employee information in HR systems to uphold data integrity.
  • Develop frameworks, dashboards, and tools for exploratory and explanatory analytics that help leaders understand the root causes of people challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in HR systems, providing people insights reports and data support to different business units.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving approach when handling inquiries.
  • Support predictive analysis and forecasting to assist with People performance management, strategy development, and planning efforts.
  • Maintaining awareness and engagement on data accuracy globally
  • Responsible for compliance to health and safety and employment legislation across all HR policies and processes. Including creating and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

About You:

The HR Analytics and Compliance Support Analyst will be a key member of the People Team and should be able to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional data analysis skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills across MS Office
  • Proven desire and ability to improve processes, build relationships, and help the business constantly improve.
  • Experience of working within a HR team or in a similar role would be an advantage.
  • Experience of Health amp; Safety would be an advantage.
