Responsibilities:
We see this role playing an important part in three main areas of the Lamp;D team. You’ll be tasked with
Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate Lamp;D programs, track RSVPs, manage attendance, and address individual needs.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes for management review.
- Represent Lamp;D in key meetings for onboarding new analysts and aligning Lamp;D goals.
- Research and identify training providers and courses for internal advice.
- Assist analysts with learning plans and provide administrative support.
- Collaborate with external Grayce learning providers for market trends and bookings.
- Collect and analyse learner feedback for program improvement.
Delivery
- Facilitate various learning interventions, with a focus on the Welcome to Grayce induction program and lunch and learn sessions.
- Co-create learning material to address skills gaps across HQ and the analyst population.
- Assist in developing the Lamp;D communication plan to promote engagement and awareness of learning opportunities.
Administration
- Maintain Lamp;D functions, update training trackers, and handle course enrolments.
- Keep precise course records for updated training history and monthly reporting.
- Manage training expenses and budget alignment.
- Act as the main contact for general Lamp;D inquiries.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Lamp;D Qualification: While not essential, having a CIPD Level 3 Lamp;D qualification would be advantageous.
- Project Management and Digital Skills: Familiarity with project management principles and digital skills could be of great benefit.
- Microsoft Suite and Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Relationship Building: You excel at establishing and maintaining strong working relationships, both within the company and with external partners.
- Task Prioritisation: You have a knack for prioritising tasks effectively, even when faced with tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Business-Focused Decision-Making: Your decision-making is underpinned by a keen commercial acumen, bolstered by a robust set of numerical and analytical skills that empower you to make well-informed choices
- Organisational Proficiency: Your organisational skills are top-notch. You maintain order and structure whilst streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency.
Salary and benefits:
- Competitive salary up to 30,000 based upon previous relevant experience
- Generous annual leave starting at 25 days, increasing with service and capped at 30 days.
