The AssociateProduction Manager will assume a central role in providing comprehensive support across the entire spectrum of game production. This entails close collaboration with artists, developers, animators, QA testers, and external vendors to craft cutting-edge slot and casino games for globally recognised clients. For candidates with the right potential, this position can serve as a stepping stone towards a promising career in Production Management. Successful candidates will be tasked with administrative responsibilities initially, before being tasked with project launch responsibilities later.
Requirements
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide project progress updates to clients and take responsibility for managing operational support tickets.
- Uphold and oversee project schedules and Jira boards, ensuring punctual adherence to deadlines while meticulously tracking time allocation.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, encompassing meeting minutes, action items, and ensure the currency of project wikis and documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for streamlining internal processes and confidently propose viable alternatives.
- Prepare detailed timesheets and weekly resource allocation reports using excel.
- Independently manage smaller, internal projects with autonomy.
- Aid Directors and the QA Manager with any additional administrative duties as required
- Project Launch Responsibilities
Project Launch Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and coordinate meetings with the development team and the client's product owner to gather game development briefs and scope outlines.
- Provide support to the development team in scrutinising game production briefs and seek clarifications from the client as needed.
- Monitor and document creative and technical preproduction phases, sharing feedback findings with the client for scope refinement and delivery schedule adjustments.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish production schedules and cost estimates.
- Continuously refine and evolve the development roadmap in collaboration with the development team and the client.

Communication: Crucial for liaising with internal and client-side stakeholders, the AssociateProduction Manager must facilitate productive meetings and convey information effectively.
Organisation: Needed to manage project schedules, resources, and documentation, strong organisational skills are essential for tracking multiple tasks, deadlines, and project details.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Some experience in project management, project administration or relevant people management and coordination.
- Familiarity with Agile project management principles.
- Previous exposure to the gambling industry even if on a leisure and non-professional level.
