We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director of Treasury to join Norgine in this Global role. The person holding this position will report to the Group Financial Controller and be a member of the Finance team.
The core responsibility of the of Associate Director of Treasury is to provide strategic direction and leadership for all treasury activities ensuring policies are clearly documented, kept up to date and relevant and communicated as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Identify and make key strategic recommendations, to manage the Group’s treasury risk, to the Treasury Committee for endorsement
- Key member of Treasury Committee and PEG Committee
- Manage cash, foreign exchange, commodity exposure, counter-party risk and all aspects of cash management across the Norgine group
- Delivery of key treasury forecasts and reports to effectively manage cash
- Manage bank relationships to support group financing as well as day to day operational banking requirements
- Oversee governance of treasury, cash management and banking for the group.
- provider for the completion of routine treasury matters.
- Executive Treasury Report for CEO and Treasury Committee; to include KPI and trigger reporting measures to manage cash, working capital, foreign exchange, commodity exposure and financial covenants
- Support the CFO and Group Financial Controller on all aspects of re-financing the business, from the management of bank relationships and strategic decisions around financing, to supporting the financial modelling on new partnerships and acquisitions
- Review internal and external investment priorities to enable optimal resource allocation
- Manage weekly short-term cash and FX for the Group; oversee preparation of weekly short term cash forecasts, including FX and variance analysis by the Group’s outsourced providers.
SKILLS amp; KNOWLEDGE
- Qualified (ACT or equivalent) treasury manager with experience gained in a multinational environment; experience of working in a treasury function leading on cash management and FX risk management
- Strong leadership and management skills; with a commercial outlook and broad business experience
- Effective presentation skills with the credibility and intellect to build relationships and command respect across the business
- Excellent influencing skills with the ability to collaborate and agree outcomes at all levels of the organisation
- Analytically strong with highly developed knowledge and ability to specify and use IT systems to achieve process improvements and the conversion of data into meaningful business information
