PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The Resourcing Advisor role is responsible for supporting the Talent Manager in the delivery of the recruitment strategy for ii, more specifically the IT functions. As ii grows, our ambition is to source the very best talent and central to this is our recruitment strategy. The role will proactively build our employer brand in the external market, to help build brand awareness and drive increased volumes into the IT recruitment pipeline. With experience of delivering in an IT recruitment role, you will lead on the recruitment of all middle management and junior hires for ii and support with more senior and specialist hires.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
• You will be responsible for delivering all direct hires for assigned roles across the IT Functions
• You will attend regular recruitment meetings with hiring managers in the business. Sourcing directly for all roles through both proactive search and advertising channels
• You will support the Talent Manager in the delivery of more senior or specialist hires, during periods of increased volume.
• You will support the development of the employer brand, writing adverts and maintaining the ii careers’ websites, and careers page on LinkedIn.
• You will work with the Talent Manager to support external engagement to build the employer brand i.e., recruitment events and partnerships.
SKILLS amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Prior experience of delivering within an agency environment, responsible for IT Vacancies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritise accordingly.
