Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join the team, providing expert support and contributing to a world class, and truly global, talent agenda.

Reporting to and supporting the Head of Talent, you will be assisting in the coordination of the full recruitment cycle, from role inception to offer acceptance, for professional services roles. Whilst constantly striving to achieve a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, you will be someone who champions our culture and sets the very highest of standards in their work. This is a business that works at high pace, so you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable and unflappable

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and coordination of the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates and agencies.
  • Updating candidate and hiring manager feedback.
  • Ensuring that line managers and candidates have all relevant information in advance of interviews.
  • Ensuring the applicant tracking system is maintained and updated ensuring all roles and candidates are managed appropriately through the system.
  • Managing and administering all assessments.

Your skills and experience:

  • Proven track record of supporting and coordinating recruitment within a fast-paced professional services or similar environment.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and related MS Office admin tools.
  • Strong calendar management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both written and verbal communications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment and view ambiguity as an opportunity to propose and gain buy-in for solutions.
  • Naturally curious with a pro-active nature, you are self-directed and highly resourceful.
  • You pride yourself on your ability to follow up on every detail, to gather and analyse relevant data, and always be willing to go the extra mile.
