Job Description

Vasion is looking for a Revenue Operations Director to support our EMEA amp; APAC team. The ideal candidate exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. Requirements

Key responsibilities for a person in this role include:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns/seasonality, and insights.
  • Preparing financial reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Conducting variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Controlling expense process and reporting.
  • Supporting PO and Invoice processes for suppliers and customers.
  • Point of contact for internal team members for Finance (expenses, PO, Invoice, Quoting/Discounting etc)

Sales Enablement/BI:

  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to derive actionable insights.
  • Developing and maintaining business intelligence tools (Salesforce, DOMO, amp; Workday), dashboards, and reports.
  • Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to sales and overall business performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Sales Operations:

  • Supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights to improve sales processes and performance.
  • Managing and maintaining the CRM (Salesforce) system.
  • Developing and optimizing sales processes, workflows, and pipeline management.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assisting in sales forecasting and quota-setting processes.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Analyzing sales and financial data to uncover opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
  • Identifying trends, customer behavior patterns, and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with finance, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Providing insights that bridge the gap between finance and sales departments.
  • Facilitating communication and knowledge-sharing between different teams.

Process Improvement:

  • Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing solutions to streamline operations.
  • Implementing best practices to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and sales operations.
  • Continuously evaluating and recommending improvements to business intelligence tools and systems.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contributing to the development of the company's short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Providing financial and data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Assessing the financial viability of new sales initiatives and projects.

Training and Support:

  • Providing training and support to sales teams on using sales tools, CRM, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ensuring that sales teams have access to accurate and relevant data for informed decision-making.

Ad Hoc Analysis:

  • Conducting ad hoc analysis in response to specific business questions or challenges.
  • Providing on-demand insights to address urgent business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned

This hybrid role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Previous experience in finance, sales, and analytics
  • Solid understanding of finance principles
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Strong organizational, time management, planning and problem solving skills
  • A knack
