Requirements

Leadership

  • Contribute to the company’s multi-year growth plans to ensure they’re deliverable within timeframes set.
  • Work with finance to 1) ensure annual Pamp;L projections of the team are accurately refreshed on a monthly basis and 2) work with finance to ensure that the cycling in and out new talent is seamless.
  • Drive employee engagement and ensure workforce is aligned with company’s values and growth objectives.
  • Oversee company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) of the business and ensure everyone's work is contributing to both improving the customer experience and the overall company growth goals.
  • Continuously monitor industry and wider economic landscape in order to identify additional growth markets and verticals beyond Victor's existing marketing strategy and share findings with marketing and product teams as well as direct report.
  • Support CEOs in the strategic development of new products and services where required.
  • Lead Management Meeting.
  • Check-in weekly with department leaders to discuss their teams OKRs, share progress updates and identify issues encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work with managers to oversee completion of bi-annual performance management reviews and objective setting.
  • Alongside managers, define career progression pathways by team and level.
  • Continuously optimise team incentive structures to ensure alignment with company strategic growth goals and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and foster strong employee relations through clear ways of working and company values.
  • Monitor employee engagement and job satisfaction through surveys and feedback.


    Talent Acquisition
  • Create talent acquisition process and interview framework.
  • Identify brokers across business aviation landscape who fit culturally with the company’s values.
  • Determine core skills required, skill rating versus existing team and skill gaps.
  • Manage diverse regional and departmental (Private jets, Commercial Jets, Entertainment) talent pipelines.
  • Write job descriptions, manage applications, and interview process.
  • Working with the Director of Sales, direct new broker onboarding process from initial company introductions to probation being passed.
  • Support current team with how to interview.
  • US, Europe, and Middle East employment law experience - ensure compliance with labour laws and industry standards.
  • Negotiate salaries, benchmark against the market and keep abreast of talent expectations to keep Victor’s package competitive.
  • Develop and manage existing benefits programs with leaders to help attract top talent.
  • Alongside the sales leaders, evolve the charter broker team’s organisation structure.
