We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Brands Lead to join Norgine in Harefield.

The main purpose of the role is to champion and lead the brand within the RCU (Regional Commercial Unit) to maximise motivation, optimise resource and investment allocation in order to execute the Business Unit strategy within the assigned markets, taking into account the local market place and environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide input to global BU's to ensure correct development of product strategies and planning in the framework of global positioning that will effectively translate to each RCU, highlighting local opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with Global Brand Directors to co-create brand positioning, brand book, core imagery and overarching campaign strategy
  • Localisation and realisation of brand plan and annual marketing plan for the
  • Champion the brand locally within the RCU to maximise motivation, optimise resource and investment allocation in line with agreed plans
  • Sit when requested on the RCU Leadership Team and collaborate with RCU colleagues to achieve RCU objectives
  • Accountable for adapting and localizing global brand content for respective RCUs, working with local creative agencies as necessary (e.g. enhancing content and market-specific content needs)
  • Drive recommendations on local resourcing and promotional spend per product with in collaboration with GM and with approval from BU
  • Manages approval of local content via Medical, Legal and Regulatory
  • Responsible for interfacing with select customers and KOLs and organizing local congresses
  • Monitor performance, update demand planning forecasts and manage local supply for the brand as part of Samp;OP process
  • Lead local x functional team


Requirements

  • Degree in sciences and/or business administration
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing / results oriented mindset
  • Very good written and spoken English, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good communication and diplomatic skills and ability
  • Good leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to operate and influence at a local and global level in a matrix organisation
  • Ability to operate independently in a matrix environment
  • A strong will to succeed with strong analytical skills combined with creativity and a structured way of working
