About the role:
Merge is seeking an experienced product designer to help build our client facing dashboard and related assets . This is an opportunity to join as an early-stage member of our global product and technology team and grow rapidly in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
You'll be involved in projects of varying scope and complexity:
- Build clear UX flows that can be linked in tickets for engineers
- Iterate on our product design UI Kit
- Collaborate with the leadership team to effectively communicate our product strategy, process, and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure team alignment
- Think creatively and strategize to push innovation forward by partnering with the product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- You must have 4+ years of UX (solid experience of UX practice) and UI experience (best-in-class visual design skills), a portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and visual design of digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Experience with Figma.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Arts, User Experience, Cognitive Psychology or equivalent field.
