This vacant role will be a full-time job (i.e. Monday to Friday 10-6). This is a vacant position where a new candidate will lead and overlook the shop assistant. This will also help businesses to communicate directly to this person rather than me in regard to any general or specific enquiries.
The duties will include the following.
- Staff Schedule
- Hiring more Staff
- Ordering products from the suppliers
- Keeping a check on all the product’s expiry and health
- Weekly and Monthly inventory
- Introducing new offers to boost sales.
- Comparing prices between different suppliers
- Keeping internal bookkeeping records to be provided to the accountant.
- Corresponding with HMRC and Accountant
- Training of new staff.
- Assessing Compliance, Health, and Safety Issues for the business on a regular basis.
- Maintaining the accident record book.
- Approved First Aid for the staff and clients on premises.
- Reporting back to me regarding staff and shop performance
- Performance reviews of relevant staff.
Ideally, a successful candidate should have experience in managing such an environment along with the ability to coach & train as this will involve some staff management and training. This will be an ideal opportunity for a candidate who posses following skils
