With a new organisational structure to deliver our new business strategy, we are focusing on the key pillars of growth, digital transformation, simplicity and our go to market strategies.
Meanwhile, our house of brands teams are responsible for defining our commercial vision across the some of our biggest portfolios each iconic and each with its own interpretation of modern luxury.
On the Commercial Graduate programme you can decide to choose from the following pathways: Commercial Business or Commercial Digital.
Commercial Business Graduate Programme
During this exciting programme, you will undertake six-monthly rotations across the following areas:
- Customer Experience
Our Customer Experience team focuses on collaborations between Commercial, Digital and our partner, Tata Consultancy, to ensure the most effective implementation of our online digital customer experience programme. - Communications amp; Insights (Camp;I)
Taking briefs from the branding teams, Camp;I translates objectives into world-beating customer communications and insights whilst delivering driving experiences, branded goods and partnerships that position us as the future of modern luxury. - Market amp; Business Operations (Mamp;BO)
Mamp;BO focuses on our key pillars and drives volume planning and reporting to transform our commercial performance. - Customer Care Strategy amp; Operation
Everything we do is about delighting the customer and exceeding expectations. This means achieving seamless processes, creating valuable services and getting things right first time, every time, to create a fault-free experience for our drivers.
In addition to rotating across a number of the teams above, you will undertake a digital placement and may enjoy the opportunity to work with our global teams, gaining insight into different cultures and operating models around the world. Within your rotations, you will undertake a mixture of ‘business-as-usual’ roles, and key missions these are dedicated projects that run end-to-end for a defined period and deliver tangible results that achieve real transformation and optimise the customer journey.
Commercial Digital Graduate Programme
The commercial digital pathway focuses on driving our digital transformation to attract and retain customers, delivering a modern luxury customer experience that focusses on simplification. Commercial is going through huge digital transformation, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and we want you to play a pivotal role in that, by bringing new ideas, creativity and digital expertise.
The skills you gain will challenge the way we operate as you grow your commercial digital abilities, from web optimisation to performance marketing, social media and more. Across four, six-month rotations including a business placement, you will gain everything you need to take your career anywhere you want to go. Along the way, you will interact with our global teams and develop real insight into different cultures and working practices around the world. As with our Business Graduates, you will focus on both ‘business-as-usual’ and missions to broaden your experience and feed your curiosity.
Requirements
For our graduate programmes we will only accept applications from candidates with the unrestricted right to work in the UK for an indefinite period (if you are on a tier 4 student visa or a graduate route visa you are not eligible to apply to this programme).
WHAT’S REQUIRED?
- For the Commercial Business Graduate Programme, you will need to hold or be on track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in a business-related subject (business, economics, marketing, human resources).
- For the Commercial Digital Graduate Programme, you will need to hold or be on track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in business, marketing, digital marketing, communications, media, digital media or social media.
In addition, you will need to demonstrate your passion for problem-solving and curiosity to understand business challenges and deliver innovative solutions. You will also have strong numerical and interpersonal skills and the confidence to champion new initiatives
