As an IT Technician at Wushu Studios you will provide technical support, help to maintain hardware and software, ensuring network functionality and addressing security concerns. You will assist users, troubleshoot issues, and keep systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support in a friendly and empathetic manner, escalating to more senior colleagues when required.
- Offer onsite and remote support to end users.
- Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues.
- Update knowledge base with newly diagnosed problems.
- Ensure follow-up on issues and requests.
- Troubleshoot user account issues and update permissions.
- Inventory management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with other teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced service desk or technical support role.
- Previous experience in PC, hardware/software support
- Experience working within an Active Directory, Azure Active Directory environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office365
- College diploma in Information Technology or equivalent training.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good knowledge of networking, cybersecurity.
- Previous experience in gaming industry is a bonus.
