Requirements
- Drive and create digital and mobile product experiences as part of a crossfunctional team
- Guide ideas from conception to execution with a focus on solving the right problem based on user observation and insight
- Apply design thinking across all key stages of UX lifecycle Research, persona creating, site maps and wireframing, user journey maps, prototypes etc.
- Validate design concepts through feedback sessions and user testing
- Devise product experiences and journeys to meet the needs of multiple personas
- Following and applying an existing design system that supports consistent UX principles and interactions across product experiences and devices
- Continuously horizon scan for emerging UX design patterns and learning to deliver best in class user experiences
- Clearly communicate design requirements to ZILO development teams as well as client stakeholders
- Identify gaps in existing end-to-end experiences and service design
- Use of metrics, requirements, constraints, and creativity to iterate and provide optimal solutions to improve conversion
- Actively influence future innovations to shape product roadmaps and user outcomes
- Educate ZILO employees and clients on design thinking and design processes
- Attend and participate in Scrum meetings, including daily standups, scrum planning, scrum retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Continuously improve experiences and guide the firm into the future
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in design
- Proficient in visual design and wireframing
- Experience in fintech products desirable

- Data lead design: Analysing quantitative and qualitative data to generate meaningful insights and identify pain points to explore solutions for our customers
- Expertise in user-centered design: Should have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, and be able to apply them to create innovative and intuitive user experiences
- Leadership skills: This role requires the ability to lead and inspire; to collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to achieve project goals
- Strong communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to articulate design concepts, justify design decisions, and provide feedback

- Technical skills: Should be proficient in design software and tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, as well as have a solid understanding of utilising a design system and front-end development limitations
- Analytical skills: Must be able to analyse data and user research to inform design decisions and measure the effectiveness of design solutions
- Collaborative and creative problem-solving: This role requires the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex design problems working closely within the agile framework
- Attention to detail: Should have a meticulous attention to detail and be able to ensure that all design solutions meet high standards of quality
- Adaptability: Should be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly
- Continuous learning: Should be committed to staying up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve their skills and knowledge
