Job Description

To be a HR contact for all PIC staff on general HR queries and provide administrative support to the HR team, including exploring ways to maintain and improve processes and add value to the HR function.

To work with the organisation to ensure the HR function continues to be aligned and achieve the overall business objectives through robust processes and procedures.

To support the organisation's culture and values and its embedding throughout the organisation.

Requirements

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and suggest improvements to ensure automation and accuracy are maintained.
  • Ensure HR operations process and collateral including standard operating procedures is up to date and effectively managed and applied by the team and business promoting a positive employee experience.
  • Be the point of contact for employees in relation to their life cycle at PIC, including drafting of offers, onboarding, ER issues, employment changes and offboarding.
  • Key contact in relation to the HR system, ensuring accurate data is recorded and deal with any user issues.
  • Assist with co-ordinating the annual performance management process.
  • Ensure that you manage risks within the risk appetite framework and follow the risk policies as they relate to your role and day to day activities.
  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (PIC Learning) which includes managing user profiles, running reports and ensuring training is completed on time.
  • Ensure credit checks are completed annually in a timely manner.
  • Ensure employee data is accurately processed through HR Operations systems to ensure reporting obligations are efficiently met.
  • Help to ensure the teams collateral is up-to-date.
  • Work collaboratively to support the success of the HR team. To ensure compliance with FCA and PRA's regulatory record keeping requirements and ensure SMCR guidelines are met.
