How could you help us do this?
We are now looking for two Technical Consultants to join our team to support our clients with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IFS support as needed.
This role involves 24/7 on-call working, with shift patterns of 9am to 5pm and 2pm to 10pm (UK time).
What kind of work would you be doing?
- You will be monitoring and responding to incoming issues and communications on the service desk.
- Managing and taking ownership of faults logged, through to a successful solution.
- Working with a wide variety of clients and juggling various support requests at any one time.
Requirements
What achievements should you have so far?
- We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in this role; you should have IFS technical support experience.
- German or Portuguese language skills would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
- If you have experience working with a consultancy environment, great!
