Bespoke Recruitment Services Ltd are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator (Drainage) to join our drainage clients team. As a Helpdesk Administrator (Drainage), you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our drainage department and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and emails from clients and contractors regarding drainage-related issues
- Taking accurate notes and logging all the details in our system
- Assigning jobs to the relevant team members in a timely manner
- Coordinating with field technicians and scheduling appointments for repairs and maintenance
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfactory completion of work
- Keeping track of work orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our database
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and contractors
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using computer software and databases for data entry and record keeping
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of drainage systems and terminology is a plus
