Arkle Finance Ltd is seeking a New Business Administrator to join our busy Operations team. As a New Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our busy payout team to assist in all administration tasks providing a smooth and professional service for our customers, brokers, and external stakeholders. This varied role offers an opportunity to build a career in asset finance and provides exposure to various departments such as Operations, Credit, and Sales. We offer extensive internal and external training to support your development and enhance your understanding of asset finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing searches and supplier validations on all new business agreements, ensuring attention to detail and clear communication to the payout team.
  • Preparation of supplier bank payments and commission payments.
  • Effectively manage security registrations on external systems ie. Companies House in a timely manner.
  • Utilise Salesforce to communicate with our introducers and clients, responding to queries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle telephone inquiries from clients and introducers, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and dealt with professionally.
  • Effectively manage security registrations on external systems ie. Companies House in a timely manner.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with our broker community, actively seeking opportunities to improve collaboration and customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of team processes to drive excellent customer service for our brokers and clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Arkle and the wider Weatherbys Banking Group to provide the best outcomes for our stakeholders.

Skills and experience: (full training will be given)

  • Passion for delivering operational and customer service excellence.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all your work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a team focused on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of asset finance or financial services industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
