TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist, and it’s set to change the game!
We launched our first venue at The O2, Greenwich in 2021 and have confirmed our first international opening in Mexico 2024, along with our second UK based venue in Birmingham! We aim to have 30 venues within the UK in the next ten years, in parallel to overseas expansion (US, Mexico, Europe and beyond).

Requirements
As a Chef De Partie, you will ensure smooth operations in our Heart of House and create exceptional guest experiences through your passion for food!
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present delicious food for teammates and guests
- Ensuring that all dishes are in line with TOCA Social specifications at all times (tasting the dishes for flavour and temperature checks!)
- Coaching junior members of the team
- Monitoring stock levels, ensuring everything is always maintained and correctly stored
- Maintaining kitchen standards at all times, ensuring cleanliness are always at a high, food quality and presentation is always at the heart of your work
- Being a true TOCA Social brand ambassador, ensuring Health amp; Safety and Food Safety are always being followed
- Minimising food wastage and following portion control guidelines.
Skills Required
- Quick learner and ability to work under pressure in what can be a fast paced environment at popular times!
- Enthusiastic, friendly, dynamic and self motivated individual
- Passionate for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn from their teammates.
- A willingness and desire to make people happy through delivering delicious food.
- A great attitude and work ethic!
