Requirements
THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and engaging Commis Chef who will ensure the smoothest operations and create exceptional guest experience through the heart of our kitchen! This role will be based at our venue in The O2, North Greenwich.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting your teammates in all areas within the kitchen, supporting with the preparation and delivery of food
- Maintaining kitchen standards at all times, ensuring cleanliness are always at a high, food quality and presentation is always at the heart of your work
- Being a true TOCA Social brand ambassador, ensuring Health amp; Safety and Food Safety are always being followed
- Working closely with all members in the kitchen to delivery delicious food for teammates and guests
- Supporting our Sweet Finish department on a weekends.
We are looking for:
- A great attitude and work ethic
- Quick learner and ability to work under pressure and in what can be a stressful environment at times!
- Punctual amp; reliable, a real team player
- A passion for food!
- Flexibility to work Friday, Saturdays and Sundays!
- Someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in (and help out other departments and teammates when needed!)
Experience is helpful but not as essential as finding the right person. At TOCA Social we hire the attitude and train the individual.
