TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist, and it’s changing the game!
We launched our first venue at The O2, London in 2021 and have confirmed our next UK opening in Birmingham! We aim to have 30 venues within the UK in the next ten years, in parallel to overseas expansion (US, Mexico, Europe and beyond).

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the corporate and social events sales function, maximising revenue and guest experience through proactive and inbound sales, including:
- Working closely with all venue teams to improve packages and offerings
- Acting on data insights to review package profitability and optimise timing and pricing structures
- Proactive planning and implementing of corporate outreach strategies
- Leading from the front with significant personal sales performance
- Proactively establishing commercial sales partnerships to drive incremental revenue
- Establishing a commercial sponsorship revenue stream
- Partner with the Marketing team to align on how messaging and marketing channels can best support sales strategies
- Partner with the global TOCA team to ensure synergistic revenue streams are captured across markets
Your Key Goals
- Drive revenue through Sales and Partnerships, achieving key KPIs and developing the careers of your teammates
- Build and lead the strategy for multisite sales and partnership success across all UK based venues
- Lead new revenue streams, including corporate sales partnerships, sponsorships, tourism etc
Requirements
- 10+ years of event sales experience, with a significant portion in the Hospitality sector
- Corporate partnerships / sponsorship experience
- Proven strong leadership skills
- The ability to sell the TOCA Social experience on-brand
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets, handle a demanding and fluctuating workload and at the same time provide accurate and reliable data
- Flexibility, pragmatism and capacity to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Record of collaborative working relationships - being a team player is key
- Comfortable dealing with board-level stakeholders on a regular basis

- Ability to work under pressure and at pace, overcoming challenges with a positive attitude
- An excellent communicator who embraces differences and is respectful of everyone
- Ability to apply compassion and understanding in equal measure, to help teammates in any given scenario
Preferred, but not essential
- Location-based entertainment experience
- Experience of sales with respect to the tourist trade
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
