Job Description
To carry out line and base maintenance tasks and supervision on Group 3 aircraft including Britten Norman Islander (piston variant), Diamond DA40/42 Series, Cessna and Piper light aircraft in line with the company’s CAA Part 145 scope of approval.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for base and line maintenance tasks and associated documentation.
- Supervision of assigned manpower including allocating tasks.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the correct quality and safety standards and in compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
• Completing and signing CAA Form 1s and associated documentation.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the Line Manager
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experienced on light aircraft or willing to gain experience in order to gain correct type or group rating.
- Experienced and knowledgeable on aircraft maintenance procedures, CAA regulations and human factors.
Ideally competent with drawings, repair manuals and techniques, including composite repairs.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- EASA/CAA Part 66 B1 or B2 Licence
- Full Group 3 or type rating on B-N Islander/Diamond DA40/42 aircraft
- Human Factors training
