The role
We are seeking a hands-on senior campaign marketer to join our growth marketing team. You’ll be responsible for working with our product marketing team to plan and execute outstanding multi-channel marketing campaigns that will promote our freight and energy products to target markets and personas, with the aim of driving growth at every stage of the funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive campaign strategy for Vortexa’s product suite
- GTM strategy, launch plan and execution for new products and features
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on development and execution of buyer journeys to drive product growth
- Understand the full spectrum of acquisition channels at Vortexa and build specific knowledge of the channels that are most effective in reaching a product’s target audience across: owned media, paid and earned media
- Develop and execute nurturing strategies to connect demand generation and lead generation activities to move leads down the funnel
- Work closely with stakeholders from product marketing, commercial and community teams to connect the dots and drive results
- Report on product campaign impact/results and suggest opportunities for optimisation and improvement
Requirements
What makes someone a good fit for this role?
- At least 5+ years of experience in designing and executing multi-channel demand generation or generalist campaigns
- Highly creative, able to drive innovative brand and marketing ideas across the full funnel and customer experience
- A strong copywriter and storyteller, able to translate complex and technical information across a wide range of marketing channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), attention to detail, strong project management skills, creativity and content creation.
- You always think ‘customer first’ and will champion the customer in everything you do
- Execution biased, with the initiative and project management skills to execute campaigns from beginning to end
- A strong commercial focus with the ability to talk about the impact you’ve had in roles and against OKRs
- Track record of using marketing automation - lead scoring, pipelines, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment (virtually and office-based)
- Ideally, you will have experience working in B2B SaaS or the energy sector. However more important is your ability to execute outstanding campaigns to drive growth at every stage of the funnel
