Sulis Fine Art is a fast growing online art business based in Corsham, Wiltshire. We house one of the largest collections of antique and vintage art in the United Kingdom. We are a small, close knit team seeking a careful and considerate individual who enjoys a hands-on approach to work.

This is the perfect position for you if you’re a positive individual who works well with others and has a genuine interest in art. You’ll also need to be detail oriented and preferably have some experience handling artwork.

Full training will be given to the successful candidate. The role will require you to work at our warehouse in Corsham and is a part-time position (22.5 hours) 3 days a week. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Office hours are 9am-5pm. Starting salary 20,000 pro-rata.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Fine Art Dispatcher, you’ll have a wide range of duties. This will include:

• Pack artwork to a high standard using in-house packaging methods
• Keep to tight deadlines and dispatch times
• Book parcels for shipment via shipping platforms (Clickamp;Drop, Despatch Bay, Interparcel)
• Fill out customs documentation
• Retrieve artwork from storage locations
• Help to maintain our archive of 20,000 artworks
• Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and self-management skills
• Positive, can-do attitude
