As a Sourcing Specialist, your primary duties will include:

- Building and maintaining dynamic talent communities to meet future recruitment needs.

- Marketing potential talent to clients within your assigned market, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Collaborating with Recruitment Supervisors to understand specific client needs and preferences.
- Continuously evaluating and improving sourcing strategies and tools.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, research, or in a similar role within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable experience with talent sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- A proactive approach to relationship-building with the ability to engage with professionals at all levels globally.
- Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment, with a willingness to embrace new methods and processes.
