As shoppers, we should have complete control over when and how we receive our purchases, and we should be able to return unwanted items as easily as we ordered them. And if you don’t like what you ordered, at the tap of a button we’ll send someone to pick it up.

To orchestrate this complex ballet, Relay relies on a wide range of technologies and talents to bring this goal to life. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) to become part of a dynamic startup that is driving innovation in the online delivery industry.

In this position, you will take the lead in our recruitment efforts and operational activities. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the entire recruitment process and emphasising the implementation of best practices in our hiring procedures.

We are looking for candidates who...

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to determine recruitment requirements.
  • Establish and enhance recruitment procedures to optimise efficiency.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent identification to the successful onboarding of new team members.
  • Identify and utilise effective channels for attracting qualified talent.
  • Develop and assess recruitment dashboards and proactively communicate data-driven updates to the leadership team.
  • Act as a talent scout at internal and external recruitment events and networking gatherings

  • Devise a hiring strategy aligned with our business goals
  • Set and adhere to key hiring metrics like; offer:acceptance ratio, pipeline conversion rates amp; top of funnel volume

Requirements

You might be a great fit for this role if you have...

  • A degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field within the realm of human resources or related experience.
  • Several years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced amp; digital setting.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to guide your work using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • A proactive approach to tackling the task of establishing a recruitment process from the ground up, embodying a 'go-getter' mentality.
  • High energy and persuasive skills, relishing the challenge of identifying and persuading the ideal candidates.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and the aptitude to provide consultation at the executive level.
  • Outstanding communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal acumen
