We now have an opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer, competent to join our busy team in Sittingbourne! You’ll work closely with other members of the team including Team Managers, the Engineering Specialist, Planner, and Stores Controller to carry out a wide range of planned and reactive engineering activities.
What's the mission?
Working as part of our Engineering team, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating downtime through a safe and logical approach to fault finding and maintenance of equipment.
You’ll ensure Health amp; Safety regulations are adhered to, company policies are followed, and departmental and site KPIs are met. You will work closely with key team members to promote and use continuous improvement strategies to support the site and department run even better!
Working 42 hours per week, the shift pattern is 4 on 4 off covering both days and nights.
