Reporting to the Group Chief Internal Audit Officer, the successful candidate will work across our business, following a systematic and disciplined approach towards the effectiveness of risk management, control, and corporate governance.

What you will do:
- Plan, execute and report on regulatory, operational, financial and business internal audit assignments
- Participate actively in the preparation of the internal audit annual plan, following a risk-based approach
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk mitigation measures
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor and evaluate the implementation of corrective actions
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards
Requirements
To be considered you should have:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or equivalent
- Experience of at least 4 years (and up to 8) in the financial services sector or auditing/ consulting firm;
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards, procedures and regulations
- Expertise in MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to handle and process large amounts of data and compile detailed reports
- Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, in an intense, fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple projects within deadlines
- Highest standards of discretion and confidentiality, as well as sound independent judgment
Experience amp; Qualifications considered as a strong plus
- Professional certifications (i.e. CIA, CFE, CAMS, CISA, ACCA, ACA etc.)
- A Master’s degree in Internal Audit, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Risk Management, or equivalent
- Professional experience at a big 4 Audit Firm
- Professional experience on AML / CTF related issues
- Professional experience in Issuing, Acquiring and Payments oriented Banks, FinTech’s and PSPs.
