Skills amp; Knowledge:
Joining a Fintech you’ll be used to working in a fast paced environment where there is on-going change. Within the engineering team you will be passionate about the role, take a pragmatic approach to problem solving and be keen to build upon the product. Aswell as these attributes you will also be able to provide opinions while also being a team player who is willing to invest in the culture of LDMS. The team is made up of 4-6 people covering all disciplines and it is essential that you are able to communicate effectively with each of the members
Key Responsibilities:
From time to time the key responsibilities may change or be adapted to the needs of the business, however the below gives an overview of the key areas of focus.
Requirements
- Ability to use JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience of React
- Understanding of HTML amp; CSS
- Experience using version control eg Git
- Ability to use TypeScript amp; Docker (Desirable)
- Experience with UI Testing eg React Testing Library (Desirable)
- Appreciation of UX (Desirable)
- Experience using another development language/stack (Desirable)
Day to Day
- Participate in agile team ceremonies
- Support on definition of frontend aspects of features and enhancements
- Delivery of frontend aspects of features and enhancements using our chosen component library and tooling
- Contribution to our e2e suites for features or enhancements
- Supporting in the roll-out and consistency of frontend patterns
